John H. Cole

John Cole has had a worldwide experience in the development, management, sales and marketing of hotels working with major international management firms such as Hilton. Radisson, Amfac and Century International Hotels during his thirty year career in the hospitality industry. Some of his past job titles were: Director of Hotel Development, Director of Corporate Sales-Southeast Asia, Area-Director Operations, Area-Director of Timeshare Operations-Hawaii, and Vice President of Operations. John has worked in the Middle East, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Vietnam and Hawaii prior to moving to the Philippines.

Heintjie M. Carmona
Vice President for Operations & Finance

Heintjie Carmona began his career as a research consultant to the office of the Senate President, Philippines. He then worked in the banking sector specializing in account management handling various industries engaged in manufacturing and services. His expertise includes project feasibility work, property development, fund management, hotel pre-opening services and operations. He has over fifteen years’ experience in directing corporate finance and operations in the hospitality industry.

Mildred A. Mendoza
Human Resources

Mhel is a graduate of BS Psychology from Batangas State University- Main Campus (BSU), Batangas City. She always works hard to provide for her family. Her role is to directs and supervises the corporate plans for the human resources team in providing strategic assistance to all managed properties of Quantum Hotels and Resorts. Her 9 years of experience in the field of Human Resources mold her to promote a positive work environment. In addition, she has good all-around HR skills. She demonstrate strong leadership, extensive knowledge of working practices, training, recruitment, selection and placement, payroll administration, strong employee relation, labor relation, compensation and benefits, administrative and facilities management. She believed that people are the assets of the company which enable her to achieve her personal growth and development along with organizational goals.

Jefferson Lañohan Somera
MIS Manager

Jefferson Somera started his career in hospitality industry as Management Information System Supervisor in 2007. He has been MIS Manager of Quantum Hotels & Resorts since 2012. To name a few of Jeff’swork accomplishentsin the field are migrating Fidelio Hotel System to IFCA Hotel System, IFCA Hotel System to Tower 3000 System, maximizing IFCA, Tower 3000 and SAP accounting system features through training users, and upgrading IT network structures. He also passed the exam for Certified Digital Marketer Acceleration Program last 2016.
